Nepal Telecom's Missed Call Alert (MCA) Service

Nepal Telecom has is providing Missed Call Alert ( MCA) Service in which the user can get the information about the calls received when the receiver's mobile was Busy, Switched off or Unreachable. This amazing feature will now help the users to get informed about the important calls missed.

Users can subscribe MCA services by two ways:

1) From USSD

Using USSD, user have do dial *1400# and select the required option form the menu.

( Option 1 or 2 or 3). The menu will appear as:-

a) Subscribe b) Unsubscribe c) Status

2) From SMS keyword

One can activate MCA form SMS, you have to Type "sub mca" and send SMS to 1400 .

To unsubscribe, you can type unsub mca and send SMS to 1400 and to know the status, You have to ype status and send SMS to 1400

To check MCA status, You can dial *1400# and select option 3 or you can type status and send SMS to 1400 to know your MCA status. It shows whether you are subscribed or unsubscribed and the validity period if already subscribed.

This service costs you NPR 6 including all taxes.
